He is based in Singapore and is the managing director of the boutique investment consulting company FinEdge Capital Pte Ltd.

Rajesh also advices startups and eraly stages companies for their fund rasing and their smooth operations during their initial stages till their exit strategies. He is Charetered Accountatnt and hold a Master’s Degree (MBA) in Banking and Finance from Nanyang Business School, Singapore. He has accumulated wealth of 27 years of experience in corporate finance, corporate restructuring, fund raising, business valuations, accounting, taxation, internal audits, and statutory audits.

Mr. Mittal, Tax consultant by profession is the practice head for the New Delhi office and brings with him 27 years of experience in corporates, advisory roles, Audits, Accounting and Compliance practices. A Commerce graduate and a passout of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Of India,.
He has vast experience in Assurance, Taxation, Mergers and Acquisitions, besides handling Corporate Taxation Cases. His professional awards stand testament to his outstanding calibre and leadership abilities.
His wide experience in stock markets have helped his company grow tremendously over past 2 decades. His fundamental and technical analysis have helped company garner best returns with least risks.

He has significant experience in Investment Banking, Venture Capitalism, valuation advisory.
His passion for stocks drove him towards financial markets and has helped him build his portfolio in markets . His interests include reading, interacting with like-minded people and social work for the under-privileged.
Among his passions, his interest for cryptocurrencies linked him with Coinsecure, an Indian Cryptocurrency trading platform in India for whom he managed to get private equity funding from HongKong.
